Can I cancel my order?
It is not possible to cancel your order. Your order will be processed immediately, so cancelation is not possible.
Non-acceptance of parcels
If a parcel is delivered to the front door or left at a post office, Nola Melbourne has assumed the cost of delivering the parcel. If the package is not accepted or not collected at the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier. If the package is not accepted, we have the right to deduct €15 from the amount you receive back.
Can I return my order?
Yes, of course, we have a 14-day return policy.
You can return your product for any reason as long as it is unused and in new condition.
1. Register your return
To register your return, simply contact info@nola-melbourne.com. Our customer service will then send you a return confirmation as soon as possible.
2. Prepare your return shipment
Pack the product you are returning well and securely, preferably in the original packaging. Attention: Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs for the return shipment.
3. Send us your parcel
Send the package (with Track&Trace) to the return address as described below:

4. Receive the purchase amount back to your account
A full refund will be made via the original payment method after we have received your return. If possible, items should be returned in their original condition and as undamaged as possible. You will be refunded the purchase amount via the payment method you used. The purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account or other payment method used within two working days.
Defective product?
Unfortunately, it can happen that your product is damaged during transportation. In this case, we will always provide you with a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately we cannot make a refund. Does it arrive faulty the second time? Then we will refund the full purchase price.
Why can't beauty and health products be returned?
A list of hygiene products that cannot be returned and refunded (the list is not exhaustive): Underwear and bras, bikini, make-up, hair styling products, beauty products, etc. We take hygiene and public safety very seriously and refuse the return of beauty and health products to ensure the safety of all our customers. We are not alone in this. Other suppliers of beauty and health products refuse returns for the same reasons.
Parcel lost or returned for no reason?
If a parcel is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send a new parcel before proceeding with refunds and returns.
